Delivery Information

Despite recent Coronavirus restrictions online trading is still permitted. Beauty Luxe Company are dispatching orders as normal, however please be aware delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Free delivery on all orders (UK only).

Orders

Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday within 24 hours of being received (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery is free on all orders within the UK and are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Expected Delivery Times
All deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

  • Royal Mail Standard 1st Class – 2 to 3 days from dispatch.

If we do not have a product in stock and it is on backorder please allow an extra 2 – 3 days before dispatch. Items on backorder will be dispatched as soon as they arrive back in stock however we will contact you if there are any delays.

Ordered incorrectly or received an incorrect item

We try our very best to ensure your experience with us is a positive one. It is very rare that a mistake is made with an order, but if this does happen to you please contact us and we will rectify the mistake as quickly as possible with no cost to yourself.

If you have ordered an item incorrectly please contact us and we will direct you as to how to send the incorrect item back to us for a refund so you can purchase the correct item.

Damaged Item

We trust in our delivery service to deliver your order in an acceptable state. If this is ever not the case and you find you are in possession of an order which has been damaged in transit, please contact us and we will replace the damaged item.
