Information about our Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your orders, but from time to time we understand that you may need to return items.
Any unopened, undamaged goods maybe returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure any hygiene seals have not been broken or tampered with.
We regret that if you are unsatisfied after use of a product or experience a reaction, that we will be unable to accept a return for a refund of that item.
Dermalogica items are excluded from this regulation, in which instance we can offer a total refund on the product cost. We offer the Dermalogica 100% money back guarantee, should you be dissatisfied for any reason you may return the product for a full refund.
Please be aware that postal charges are not included in refunds. If you have benefited from free delivery, your refund will be minus the standard postal cost originally incurred to The Beauty Luxe Company Ltd.
The approval of all refunds is determined once the item is received back to us.
